The Life Edit Deep Dive Session

A Life Edit Deep Dive is a private coaching session for the woman who knows something needs to change — but has been too busy living everyone else's life to figure out what that actually means for her.

It's honest, unhurried space to slow down, hear yourself again, and leave with a clear picture of what editing your life actually looks like from here.

What we'll do together:

75 minutes — Life Edit Coaching + Pattern Work We'll get underneath the roles, the expectations, and the noise to find what's actually going on. That means looking at your patterns, your identity, your relationships, and the life you've been living — because it's usually all connected. Then we'll get clear on what needs to stay, what needs to go, and what needs to be rebuilt from scratch.

15 minutes — Your Life Edit Plan We'll close by turning what we uncovered into a clear set of next steps:
